Awareness Workshop on Labour Laws with Adolescent Girls

NyāyaSarathy Foundation conducted a workshop with Kshamata, an NGO working with adolescent girls to break the cycle of second-generation sex work. Our participants were young girls who are either enrolled in a skill-development program (tailoring, medical nurse, jewellery making) or about to graduate and join the workforce. The session covered labour laws for them to know about their rights at their workplace.
