Gender and prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace workshop

Nyayasarathy Foundation organised a workshop with Data Civic Lab, a research lab working at the intersection of data, tech, design and social science to strengthen civic engagements in India. We started with gender reflective exercises to understand our own biases, followed by understanding the importance of making your workplace safe and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
