Awareness workshop on prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace

Nyayasarathy Foundation conducted an awareness workshop on the prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace at Sri Aurobindo Society’s employees on 10 June 2022. We discussed the history of Vishakha guidelines and how the law came into being. Inaddition to that, we also discussed the procedures in which the complaint can be filed as well as investigated.
