Workshop on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace

On 16 July 2022, the Nyayasarathy Foundation organised a one day awareness workshop on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace at the Dolphin PG Institute for their staff as well as students. We did an extensive workshop on understanding the procedures under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 that ensures safety of women in their workplaces.
